Diego Tristan scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Pedro Donatello, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir da Costa in the 7th minute of play forced Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper Angel Comizzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernandão Netto to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute Renan Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Pedro Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renan Trancoso took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Pedro Donatello. José Pedro Donatello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernie Ball in the 17th minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper José Pedro Donatello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Ernie Ball shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Pedro Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Batalionul U23 Dorobanti defense, Sílvio Luís Cerezo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angel Comizzo. The Batalionul U23 Dorobanti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angel Comizzo should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Ernie Ball nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. José Pedro Donatello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. José Pedro Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernie Ball in the 34th minute of the match. Sílvio Luís Cerezo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute of the match Renan Trancoso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but José Pedro Donatello skillfully saved the ball. José Pedro Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernie Ball in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Batalionul U23 Dorobanti were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The Batalionul U23 Dorobanti fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Diego Tristan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Batalionul U23 Dorobanti getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Quique Doro hit a great ball. Nildo Gomes made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Quique Doro. José Pedro Donatello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Tristan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Ernie Ball scored to the left of an out of position José Pedro Donatello, making the score, 1-5. After a rather tough play, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Quique Doro got a free kick in the 80th minute. José Pedro Donatello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernie Ball, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Ernie Ball dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. José Pedro Donatello was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Renan Trancoso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Renan Trancoso really showed his touch with that goal: 1-8. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
