Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ralf Talsma made the kick off which started today's match. Rômulo Pena's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Jan-Joost Smeekes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafa Capixaba in the 6th minute of play. José Pedro Donatello came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Seagulls's Ralf Talsma. But to his dismay, Ralf Talsma quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Simão Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's supporters rose to their feet, but Simão Baptista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Joost Smeekes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes got control of the ball when Rômulo Pena tried to sneak it across the goal line. Simão Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. José Pedro Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerald Langenbach in the 26th minute of the match. Stef Pragt kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Jan-Joost Smeekes made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Marcelo Travassos sent off a good shot on target. Ralf Talsma hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arí Soares in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Joost Smeekes saved Seagulls from getting behind. Gerald Langenbach kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Jan-Joost Smeekes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rômulo Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelo Travassos during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 40 played minutes E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Travassos. Marcelo Travassos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Jan-Joost Smeekes made a huge save. In the 44th match minute, Seagulls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stef Pragt to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rômulo Pena to make the kick off. If Mazinho da Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Arí Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Mazinho da Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Marcelo Travassos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan-Joost Smeekes having to make a save. The supporters of Seagulls booed when E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mazinho da Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute Rômulo Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Joost Smeekes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes, Floris Stühling mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seagulls and the E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Seagulls getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Floris Stühling hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Baptista in the 68th minute of play forced Seagulls's goalkeeper Jan-Joost Smeekes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Simão Baptista got a free kick in the 71st minute. 73 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goal looked a bit too open when Rômulo Pena came free, but Jan-Joost Smeekes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simão Baptista to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Joost Smeekes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelo Travassos went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Arí Soares kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Simão Baptista took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jan-Joost Smeekes. Seagulls's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jan-Joost Smeekes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simão Baptista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rômulo Pena scored 5-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan-Joost Smeekes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
