Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Fabrício Mesquita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Gillis Lembrechts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Gillis Lembrechts came free, but Tautvydas Mickevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Fabrício Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Sterckmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gillis Lembrechts in the 19th minute of play forced ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Tautvydas Mickevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Constantino Quinton kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rdth minute of the game Gillis Lembrechts who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Tautvydas Mickevičius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gillis Lembrechts in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tautvydas Mickevičius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gabriel Turi might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artur Sterckmans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gabriel Turi ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Constantino Quinton slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Artur Sterckmans. That made the score 1-0 after 30 minutes of play. Gabriel Turi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th match minute, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davi Coutinho to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Constantino Quinton hit a great ball. Tautvydas Mickevičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gillis Lembrechts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KV Schoonwater's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Fabrício Mesquita scored to the left of an out of position Artur Sterckmans, making the score, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gillis Lembrechts made a kick off. In the 51st minute Mattias Vanden Driessche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tautvydas Mickevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Tautvydas Mickevičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gillis Lembrechts in the 55th minute of play. Artur Sterckmans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrício Mesquita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th match minute, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Erez to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Davi Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tautvydas Mickevičius was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Mattias Vanden Driessche capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mattias Vanden Driessche really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. After 72 played minutes ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA got a freekick which was hit by Fabrício Mesquita. In the 73rd minute, Gregorie Kloots hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maxime Caes hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Davi Coutinho in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by KV Schoonwater's Constant Van den Gans. When Fabrício Mesquita came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabrício Mesquita couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the game, Constant Van den Gans threw the ball into play from the sideline. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Omar Erez quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabrício Mesquita in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artur Sterckmans saved KV Schoonwater from getting behind. Maxime Caes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA had won after a very even match.
