GuateFortín's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abraham Santamaria in the 6th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Asier Gaviño in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Navarro Montoya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacinto Asmussen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milton Umaña, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 15th match minute, C.D. Pepino’s was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Angellotti to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the game, Patricio Alvarado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GuateFortín's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.D. Pepino’s the free kick. Patricio Alvarado kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. C.D. Pepino’s's Simón Kirck quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Abraham Santamaria, made in the 20th minute of the game. 22 minutes into the match, Milton Umaña had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacinto Asmussen. C.D. Pepino’s's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Milton Umaña was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. C.D. Pepino’s's Simón Kirck quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Abraham Santamaria, made in the 25th minute of the game. GuateFortín's Carlos Navarro Montoya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Iturriaga in the 26th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Abraham Santamaria threw the ball into play from the sideline. C.D. Pepino’s's Simón Kirck quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Maximiliano Iturriaga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Navarro Montoya having to make a save. Abraham Santamaria made in the 39th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C.D. Pepino’s's Simón Kirck. After 42 minutes of play, GuateFortín's Julio Asad made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacinto Asmussen was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Julio Asad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paco Camarasa's late challenge caught a GuateFortín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paco Camarasa helped the player get up and apologised. Paco Camarasa hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 57th minute, Patricio Alvarado made a precise shot to the right of Jacinto Asmussen. C.D. Pepino’s's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Jacinto Asmussen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Asad went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Julio Asad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Asmussen having to interfere. GuateFortín made a substitution. Mateo Terciero replaced Ezequiel Peruanton. GuateFortín's Ferenc Sárközi was substituted for Patricio Alvarado. 69 minutes into the match, Milton Umaña notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of C.D. Pepino’s's Jacinto Asmussen. Jacinto Asmussen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Victor Valenzuela took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacinto Asmussen. Jacinto Asmussen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. GuateFortín's Carlos Navarro Montoya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Iturriaga in the 84th minute of play. Abraham Santamaria made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C.D. Pepino’s's Simón Kirck. Douglas Ayala hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Mateo Terciero kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After 95 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Gallardo.
