In the 3rdth minute of the game Milton Umaña who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PLUMIN's Albano Medardo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 5th minute, Milton Umaña left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GuateFortín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 9th minute, Victor Valenzuela made a precise shot to the right of Albano Medardo. PLUMIN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Milton Umaña scored 0-3 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albano Medardo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Patricio Alvarado hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Flavio Emeterio kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. GuateFortín's Carlos Navarro Montoya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save GuateFortín from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute Patricio Alvarado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Medardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Asad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

52 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goalkeeper Albano Medardo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milton Umaña. Edelmiro Bibiano charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edelmiro Bibiano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 55 minutes of play, GuateFortín's Julio Asad made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albano Medardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oberst-Wilhelm Jääskeläinen in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Navarro Montoya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 59 minutes, Milton Umaña managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GuateFortín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milton Umaña was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of GuateFortín booed when PLUMIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Bibiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, PLUMIN's Albano Medardo got control of the ball when Mateo Terciero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Albano Medardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milton Umaña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albano Medardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferenc Sárközi in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to PLUMIN getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Carmelo Astrada hit a great ball. GuateFortín's Mateo Terciero got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albano Medardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milton Umaña in the 85th minute. Albano Medardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milton Umaña in the 86th minute of play. Albano Medardo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mateo Terciero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 88 minute of play. PLUMIN's Albano Medardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milton Umaña in the 95th minute of play. GuateFortín played a much better game than PLUMIN and deserved their victory. The PLUMIN players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
