An unexpectedly hard shot by Sajeev Rajah in the 11th minute of play forced SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Manuel Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Avelino Madruga during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Avelino Madruga kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Wilhelm Säv came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by SLB TELHA's Aristides Espírito Santo. But to his dismay, Aristides Espírito Santo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Sundens BK's Wilhelm Säv proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Sundens BK from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes into the match, Sajeev Rajah notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of SLB TELHA's Manuel Esteves. Manuel Esteves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th match minute, Sundens BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pelle Nykvist to maneuver through the defense. Sundens BK's Wilhelm Säv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Espírito Santo in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Espírito Santo in the 41st minute of play forced Sundens BK's goalkeeper Wilhelm Säv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 played minutes Sundens BK got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Pitin. After a rather tough play, SLB TELHA's Eduardo Santana got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The corner ended in Jan-Ove Lindmark almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SLB TELHA's Manuel Esteves did a great save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aristides Espírito Santo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th match minute, SLB TELHA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Santana to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Sundens BK's Daniel Wickander ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Manuel Esteves. Manuel Esteves yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. After 68 played minutes SLB TELHA got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Espírito Santo. Sajeev Rajah took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manuel Esteves. Manuel Esteves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Daniel Wickander kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Sundens BK's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Santana came free, but Wilhelm Säv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Wickander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilhelm Säv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Espírito Santo in the 84th minute of play. Reginaldo Rangel kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reginaldo Rangel during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 88 minutes, Sundens BK's Jan-Ove Lindmark got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Manuel Esteves. Manuel Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Wickander, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After 99 minutes of play, SLB TELHA's Marco Pinhal made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilhelm Säv was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Sundens BK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sundens BK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
