The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Ramon Totti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 6th minute Alfredo Campo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Villiam Askelöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goalkeeper Claudio Allegretti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ramon Totti hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Woopbongo's Ramon Totti slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claudio Allegretti. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. After 21 played minutes Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC got a freekick which was hit by Davide Cardano. In the 27th minute Robert Onofrei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Allegretti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Onofrei received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Claudio Allegretti came out and tried to block the shot, but Robert Onofrei slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 27th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Onofrei got free with Claudio Allegretti in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the match, Ramon Totti notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Claudio Allegretti. Claudio Allegretti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Robert Onofrei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Claudio Allegretti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Allegretti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Onofrei, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Robert Onofrei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudio Allegretti having to make a save. The Woopbongo fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Woopbongo's Robert Onofrei looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Woopbongo made a substitution. Lars Vik replaced Robert Onofrei. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredo Campo to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Woopbongo's goalkeeper Villiam Askelöf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Campo. 56 minutes into the game, Woopbongo's Lars Vik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudio Allegretti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After having played for 59 minutes, Krzysztof Liberko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Woopbongo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Krzysztof Liberko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Vik in the 61st minute of play forced Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goalkeeper Claudio Allegretti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Krzysztof Liberko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Claudio Allegretti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Vik in the 70th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Vik came free, but Claudio Allegretti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Villiam Askelöf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Campo, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Lars Vik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudio Allegretti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Claudio Allegretti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Totti in the 78th minute of the match. If Lars Vik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 81 minutes into the match, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Vik came free, but Claudio Allegretti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krzysztof Liberko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Ercole Rainaldi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ercole Rainaldi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Villiam Askelöf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 95 minutes into the match, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Vik came free, but Claudio Allegretti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Woopbongo had played much better football throughout.
