After 8 played minutes Nathongchai Borwongovitsakul rounded Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Claudio Allegretti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ray Büeler, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregor Wirth got free with Claudio Allegretti in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Claudio Allegretti came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Lugano's Vico Sticher. But to his dismay, Vico Sticher quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arrigo Tarquini during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Arrigo Tarquini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, Nathongchai Borwongovitsakul got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th minute Nathongchai Borwongovitsakul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Allegretti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Ray Büeler made a precise shot to the right of Claudio Allegretti. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. FC Lugano made a substitution. Qiao Jian replaced Ray Büeler. A hard shot 33 in the game by Qiao Jian from a close distance when the talented Claudio Allegretti managed to make a qualified save. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's players were relieved. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Davide Cardano in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godo Gøl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Vico Sticher managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Lugano's supporters rose to their feet, but Vico Sticher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Allegretti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Qiao Jian's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Claudio Allegretti skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathongchai Borwongovitsakul in the 52nd minute of play forced Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goalkeeper Claudio Allegretti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 52 played minutes FC Lugano got a freekick which was hit by Dietrich Bucheli. Claudio Allegretti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qiao Jian in the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Nathongchai Borwongovitsakul came free, but Claudio Allegretti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudio Allegretti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khachonkiat Pornsaptaveekoon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Khachonkiat Pornsaptaveekoon scored 5-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudio Allegretti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Claudio Allegretti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qiao Jian in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Gelsomini to maneuver through the defense. Claudio Allegretti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qiao Jian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Davide Cardano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nathongchai Borwongovitsakul kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After 92 played minutes FC Lugano got a freekick which was hit by Garnier Nüesch. When the referee ended the match the FC Lugano players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
