In the 11th match minute, Atlético Montserrat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Dimas to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Atlético Montserrat getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Cesar Ted hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, HEDONISM U18's Nick Danielsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Everardo Gipuzkoa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Ingmar Haström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Everardo Gipuzkoa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 17th minute, Nick Danielsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The HEDONISM U18 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 21 minutes of play, HEDONISM U18's Nick Danielsson made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Everardo Gipuzkoa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 26 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper Everardo Gipuzkoa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rune Bagge. Everardo Gipuzkoa was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Nick Danielsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rune Bagge got free with Everardo Gipuzkoa in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Everardo Gipuzkoa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nick Danielsson in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Everardo Gipuzkoa saved Atlético Montserrat from getting behind. After 88 played minutes, HEDONISM U18's Nick Danielsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Everardo Gipuzkoa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in HEDONISM U18 reached it. Nick Danielsson struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. HEDONISM U18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ingmar Haström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Everardo Gipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Bagge in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Shantala in the 95th minute of play forced HEDONISM U18's goalkeeper Mikael Rudqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. HEDONISM U18 had played much better football throughout.
