Azul Y Plomo were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Jenipapo SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Şofiq Macías took the corner. Şofiq Macías made a great header on Azul Y Plomo's corner, it was just that Jenipapo SC's Kaká Lopes managed to reach the ball for a save. Castro Ribalta kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Mete Gol might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kaká Lopes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tarcisio Pena hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Mete Gol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kaká Lopes. Jenipapo SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mete Gol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 31 minutes, Mete Gol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Azul Y Plomo and the Jenipapo SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Azul Y Plomo getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Mete Gol hit a great ball. In the 34th minute Mete Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaká Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tarcisio Pena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Diegotxe having to interfere. Azul Y Plomo's Afiz Yeo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cacá Brodel in the 39 minute of the game. A collision led to Jenipapo SC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Luisão Silveira hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tarcisio Pena made a kick off. Luisão Silveira struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Cristian Diegotxe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jenipapo SC. Mete Gol kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, Azul Y Plomo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mete Gol to maneuver through the defense. Azul Y Plomo's Afiz Yeo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cacá Brodel, made in the 67th minute of the game. Luisão Silveira was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 76 minutes into the match. After 76 played minutes Jenipapo SC got a freekick which was hit by Luisão Silveira. Kaká Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şofiq Macías in the 77th minute of play. After some careless play in the Jenipapo SC defense, Reynaldo Håland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaká Lopes. The Jenipapo SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaká Lopes should have stopped the shot. Reynaldo Håland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kaká Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mete Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Cacá Brodel in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Azul Y Plomo's Afiz Yeo. The Azul Y Plomo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
