Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joaquin Perez started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Per Kjellberg notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Pendex's Bernardino Peruxu. Bernardino Peruxu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Marciano Gartzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pendex's supporters rose to their feet, but Marciano Gartzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gheorghe Comănescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th match minute, Hope AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Ciocan to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Hope AFC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Martin Ciocan hit a great ball. Joaquin Perez didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-1 via right post in the game's 21st minute. Pendex's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! If Gualterio Quilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luciano Johans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Gheorghe Comănescu made a huge save. In the 32nd minute, Sebastian Purje got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 35 minutes of play, Pendex's Joaquin Perez made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gheorghe Comănescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 37 played minutes Pendex got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Salomone. Marciano Gartzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gheorghe Comănescu having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Marciano Gartzi took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Gheorghe Comănescu to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Per Kjellberg to make the kick off. Gheorghe Comănescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gualterio Quilo went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. If Gualterio Quilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Narciso Salomone kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 63rd match minute, Pendex was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Gartzi to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Purje's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardino Peruxu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Per Kjellberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bernardino Peruxu. The goal made the score 4-2. Cristo Dimo's late challenge caught a Pendex's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristo Dimo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Pendex booed when Hope AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristo Dimo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximiliano Tabby took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gheorghe Comănescu. Hope AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bernardino Peruxu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per Kjellberg in the 76th minute. In the 79th match minute, Hope AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petruț Aursulesei to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Gualterio Quilo notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Hope AFC's Gheorghe Comănescu. Gheorghe Comănescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sebastian Purje sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gualterio Quilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gheorghe Comănescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Perez in the 98th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pendex had played much better football throughout.
