Spyros Serafidis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ross Armitage read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as CKS Zbiersk's Spyros Serafidis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ross Armitage. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. Ross Armitage was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Godofredo Fe. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Spyros Serafidis sped through Henley on Thames United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ross Armitage. In the 26th minute, CKS Zbiersk's Spyros Serafidis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ross Armitage. Ross Armitage yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Henley on Thames United's Ross Armitage proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Henley on Thames United from getting a goal against them. The referee felt a red card was in order, 34 minutes into the game, when João Vítor Donato put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Henley on Thames United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 36 minutes, CKS Zbiersk's Godofredo Fe got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ross Armitage. CKS Zbiersk's Wawrzyniec Raschke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremy Gray in the 39th minute of play. Henley on Thames United's Ross Armitage proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Henley on Thames United from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Spyros Serafidis got free with Ross Armitage in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Spyros Serafidis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Ross Armitage made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teobald Kornaszewski to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Spyros Serafidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ross Armitage saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ross Armitage took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobald Kornaszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wawrzyniec Raschke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glenn Westwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Ross Armitage stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Spyros Serafidis's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Ross Armitage took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobald Kornaszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ross Armitage made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Spyros Serafidis in the 70th minute of play. In the 75th match minute, CKS Zbiersk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vigil Lillo to maneuver through the defense. Vigil Lillo hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Glenn Westwood left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Henley on Thames United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The supporters of CKS Zbiersk booed when Henley on Thames United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rick Holt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henley on Thames United's Tony Plumber was substituted for Rowan Ryder. Henley on Thames United's Jordan Forbes was substituted for Rick Holt. Spyros Serafidis might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ross Armitage. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Spyros Serafidis ran back to his position shaking his head. Spyros Serafidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ross Armitage having to interfere. Ross Armitage made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobald Kornaszewski in the 92nd minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Teobald Kornaszewski made a precise shot to the right of Ross Armitage. Henley on Thames United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Henley on Thames United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CKS Zbiersk.
