Aquilino Urtsua was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Santiago Farias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Veremundo got free with Jan Andrzejewski in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute of the match Vikingbeer FC got a corner. Zgierskie Zlewy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ismael Claude ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Vikingbeer FC's corner Ismael Claude fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jan Andrzejewski quite easily take care of the ball. Barnaba Bazylnikov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Aquilino Urtsua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Veremundo got free with Jan Andrzejewski in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvano Endira hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Bonifacio Palos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan Andrzejewski made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Santiago Farias sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Vikingbeer FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Robustiano Claus hit a great ball. Zgierskie Zlewy's Jan Andrzejewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Farias in the 31st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bonifacio Palos got free with Jan Andrzejewski in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Federico Veremundo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Andrzejewski was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After 33 minutes, Federico Veremundo made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Zgierskie Zlewy's Jan Andrzejewski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jan Andrzejewski made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Federico Veremundo sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th minute, Jedrzej Kempski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zgierskie Zlewy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Gelu Măcrinici hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Aquilino Urtsua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jedrzej Kempski in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Zgierskie Zlewy were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Federico Veremundo was the one to do the kick off. The corner led Vikingbeer FC's Ismael Claude to fire away a dangerous shot which Jan Andrzejewski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Napoleon Literski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Vikingbeer FC booed when Zgierskie Zlewy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Napoleon Literski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vikingbeer FC's Ezequiel Duarte was substituted for Robustiano Claus. A collision led to Zgierskie Zlewy getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Napoleon Literski hit a great ball. When Vikingbeer FC's Federico Veremundo in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zgierskie Zlewy's goalie prevented a goal. Jan Andrzejewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Farias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the game, Barnaba Bazylnikov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Aquilino Urtsua was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Federico Veremundo in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Andrzejewski saved Zgierskie Zlewy from getting behind. Jedrzej Kempski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aquilino Urtsua having to make a save. Aquilino Urtsua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Napoleon Literski, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Jimmy Berardi scored 1-5 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquilino Urtsua, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zgierskie Zlewy's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
