The audience thought a goal was coming when Cirilo Urki got free with Jonatan Etxekopar in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Flores AC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cosmo Muth was slow to take the kick. During this time SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s players had a chance to rest. Aurelio Chaime tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Jonatan Etxekopar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Godfredo Beat was the one to do the kick off. Jonatan Etxekopar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cirilo Urki's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Genaro Criston hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Cirilo Urki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonatan Etxekopar. Flores AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cirilo Urki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After a rather tough play, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Raimund Wacker got a free kick in the 63rd minute. The SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Cirilo Urki looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Jonatan Etxekopar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Urki in the 89th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Flores AC got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Perfecto. Cosmo Muth was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 92nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
