Alcides Lobo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Gustavo Galindo made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alcides Lobo in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Galindo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Candelaria FC's Gustavo Galindo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Candelaria FC from getting a goal against them. After 24 played minutes Atlético Micaelense got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Cerqueira. 27 minutes into the match, Candelaria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alcides Lobo came free, but Gustavo Galindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
