After having played for 6 minutes, Dacian Puiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dacian Puiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the game, one of Candelaria FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 14th minute there was a penalty for ASF BAIA MARE -MM-. Dacian Puiu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gustavo Galindo. 0-2. 0-3 became the score in the 19th minute when Remus Vermeşan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Gustavo Galindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugen Lupea in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match ASF BAIA MARE -MM- got a corner. Candelaria FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Remus Vermeşan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Remus Vermeşan to fire away a dangerous shot which Gustavo Galindo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Remus Vermeşan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Galindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugen Lupea, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Gustavo Galindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Lupea in the 31st minute of play. Remus Vermeşan struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Gustavo Galindo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ASF BAIA MARE -MM-. Sandu Gheorghiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Galindo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Lupea in the 38th minute of play forced Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Galindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Marco Peli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Remus Vermeşan put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Gustavo Galindo. If Sandu Gheorghiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aureliano Izotz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Candelaria FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eugen Lupea fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gustavo Galindo made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Remus Vermeşan sent off a good shot on target. 72 minutes into the match, Candelaria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eugen Lupea came free, but Gustavo Galindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugen Lupea took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustavo Galindo. Gustavo Galindo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. In the 77th minute, Remus Vermeşan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustavo Galindo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. In the 81st minute, Lorenzo Candelario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo Galindo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remus Vermeşan in the 82nd minute. If Eugen Lupea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Lupea in the 85th minute of play forced Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Galindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of ASF BAIA MARE -MM- booed when Candelaria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Candelario didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Remus Vermeşan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eugen Lupea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Gustavo Galindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Candelaria FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ASF BAIA MARE -MM- were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
