The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute of the match Misericordia EC got a corner. Los Irrompibles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bob Fenomeno ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Bob Fenomeno got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Justo Baladi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 13thth minute of the game Bob Maravilha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Irrompibles's Justo Baladi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bob Maravilha in the 14th minute of play forced Los Irrompibles's goalkeeper Justo Baladi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Valério Peres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Baladi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Gavino Cefero fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Justo Baladi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bob Maravilha's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute, Alfonso Nuxila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Justo Baladi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valério Peres, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. When Misericordia EC's Bob Maravilha in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Irrompibles's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bob Maravilha in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justo Baladi saved Los Irrompibles from getting behind. In the 32nd match minute, Misericordia EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Neiva to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the game, Gavino Cefero recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wágner Ribeiro. Gavino Cefero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Justo Baladi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Peres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justo Baladi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bob Maravilha in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Rui Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had been going on for 41 minutes Eleuterio Jerrold shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Wágner Ribeiro when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Generoso Berbiz hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bob Maravilha in the 45th minute of play forced Los Irrompibles's goalkeeper Justo Baladi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Justo Baladi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bob Maravilha, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 57th play minutes Bob Maravilha shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Justo Baladi and just under the crossbar into goal. Generoso Berbiz's late challenge caught a Misericordia EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Generoso Berbiz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th minute, Generoso Berbiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bob Maravilha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Justo Baladi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Generoso Berbiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th match minute, Los Irrompibles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Mannie to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Misericordia EC's Bob Maravilha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Justo Baladi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Misericordia EC were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Los Irrompibles's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bob Fenomeno took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Bob Fenomeno got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Justo Baladi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Justo Baladi came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Misericordia EC's Bob Maravilha. But to his dismay, Bob Maravilha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After 79 played minutes Los Irrompibles got a freekick which was hit by Adan Haritz. 81 minutes into the match, Los Irrompibles's goal looked a bit too open when Bob Maravilha came free, but Justo Baladi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Valério Peres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Misericordia EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Valério Peres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justo Baladi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 88 played minutes Valério Peres rounded Los Irrompibles's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bob Maravilha in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justo Baladi saved Los Irrompibles from getting behind. Adan Haritz kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. With his leg Justo Baladi managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Misericordia EC's Bob Maravilha fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Los Irrompibles supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Misericordia EC's performance. The match ended with a win for Misericordia EC.
