Saul Mannuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xande Xande in the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, FC Unterrudling's Ćiro Immobile sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saul Mannuel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Manuel Kubisch fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Unterrudling's protests and gave Manuel Kubisch a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Unterrudling getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Manuel Kubisch hit a great ball. Wilhelm Gooß stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Domingo Orlondo's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Leopoldo Giro made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Unterrudling's Manuel Kubisch. Salvador Roland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Wilhelm Gooß made a huge save. In the 31stth minute of the game Xande Xande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Plaza Jewell's Saul Mannuel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emanuel Igon was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 35 minutes into the match. Saul Mannuel had in the 36thth minute some difficulties stopping Xande Xande's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 40th minute, Xande Xande left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Unterrudling fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 46th minute Xande Xande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Mannuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half FC Unterrudling were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Domingo Orlondo to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Xande Xande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saul Mannuel was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Unterrudling's Xande Xande slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Saul Mannuel. That made the score 0-5 after 71 minutes of play. FC Unterrudling made a substitution. Benjamin Trame replaced Steffen Mühlfort. A sloppy throw-in by Leopoldo Giro in the 76th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Unterrudling's Manuel Kubisch. When FC Unterrudling's Xande Xande in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
