In the 2nd match minute, Lions Of Turks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gencay Akbayrak to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute of the match Valentín Roman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cengiz Bozbey skillfully saved the ball. Arif Buğra Onursu hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Cengiz Bozbey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Morientes in the 7th minute of play. Quico Candamil kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th match minute, Fesport FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Carceles to maneuver through the defense. Diagur Infante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Namık Hafız, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Cengiz Bozbey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Morientes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Fesport FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arif Buğra Onursu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 39 minutes, Quico Candamil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fesport FC and the Lions Of Turks players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 39 played minutes Fesport FC got a freekick which was hit by Quico Candamil. The supporters of Lions Of Turks booed when Fesport FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Carceles didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Çetin Özdoru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lions Of Turks's supporters rose to their feet, but Çetin Özdoru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diagur Infante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fesport FC's Diagur Infante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Namık Hafız in the 42nd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Namık Hafız made a kick off. Diagur Infante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Namık Hafız in the 56th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Gunnsteinn Guðbjörnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute of the match Juan Verdeja sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cengiz Bozbey skillfully saved the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Lions Of Turks's Namık Hafız nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diagur Infante made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Diagur Infante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Namık Hafız in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of Lions Of Turks booed when Fesport FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon Fonticoba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Namık Hafız in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diagur Infante prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rogelio Carceles hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. When Çetin Özdoru came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Lions Of Turks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Çetin Özdoru couldn't finish the play. Despite being the better team, Lions Of Turks failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
