CRISDIELDAN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ATHLETICO PRaiano the free kick. The supporters of ATHLETICO PRaiano booed when CRISDIELDAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frédson Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Tróia kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gugu Leme in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto Moura saved CRISDIELDAN from getting behind. Inácio Munhoz kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Eriberto Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gugu Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

In the 52nd match minute, CRISDIELDAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandrinho Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. After 56 played minutes ATHLETICO PRaiano got a freekick which was hit by César Severo. In the 69th minute Silvinho Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tróia got free with Eriberto Moura in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eriberto Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gugu Leme in the 78th minute of the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eriberto Moura showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Iuri Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Carlos Tande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the game, Antônio Carlos Tande cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Iuri Arruda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gugu Leme during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 87th minute, Gugu Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
