The coaching staff of CRISDIELDAN protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Frédson Sarmento had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of CRISDIELDAN:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of OTTO FC - FSCMZ:s goal. The supporters of OTTO FC - FSCMZ booed when CRISDIELDAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osmar Arruda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandrinho Nóbrega struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Cacá Breckenfeld didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CRISDIELDAN. After having played for 32 minutes, Sandrinho Nóbrega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CRISDIELDAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandrinho Nóbrega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, CRISDIELDAN's goal looked a bit too open when Caco de Lima came free, but Eriberto Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CRISDIELDAN's Eurico Soares got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caco de Lima in the 43rd minute of play forced CRISDIELDAN's goalkeeper Eriberto Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Eurico Soares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Cacá Breckenfeld made a huge save. Eurico Soares struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Cacá Breckenfeld came out of the goal and Sandrinho Nóbrega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, CRISDIELDAN's Sandrinho Nóbrega got a free kick in the 74th minute. A collision led to CRISDIELDAN getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Sandrinho Nóbrega hit a great ball. OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Cacá Breckenfeld proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save OTTO FC - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. Cacá Breckenfeld made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sandrinho Nóbrega in the 87th minute. After 90 minutes, Sandrinho Nóbrega mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CRISDIELDAN and the OTTO FC - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sandrinho Nóbrega kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Sandrinho Nóbrega could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Cacá Breckenfeld however easily saved by the left post.
