Rodrigo Garro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 11 played minutes Coritiba Foot Ball Club got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Estefan. Norbert Jeziorkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Norbert Jeziorkowski came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Thiago Machado. But to his dismay, Thiago Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 25th minute, Thiago Machado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coritiba Foot Ball Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Thiago Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Norbert Jeziorkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Norbert Jeziorkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The supporters of Coritiba Foot Ball Club booed when KS Powstańcy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Kornasiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Thor Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 40 minutes into the match, Thiago Machado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Norbert Jeziorkowski. KS Powstańcy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thiago Machado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Norbert Jeziorkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago Machado in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thiago Machado made a kick off. Norbert Jeziorkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Thiago Machado put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Norbert Jeziorkowski. Thiago Machado succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 55th playminute. Thiago Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. KS Powstańcy's Norbert Jeziorkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Machado in the 75th minute of play. Norbert Jeziorkowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thiago Machado went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. In the 80th minute Adam Adamus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durval Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Adam Adamus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Durval Messias was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 80thth minute of the game Adam Adamus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Durval Messias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thiago Machado in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norbert Jeziorkowski saved KS Powstańcy from getting behind. In the 85th minute, Thiago Machado made a precise shot to the right of Norbert Jeziorkowski. KS Powstańcy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. KS Powstańcy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thiago Machado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. KS Powstańcy's Grzegorz Kinic quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Vicente Higuera, made in the 95th minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Coritiba Foot Ball Club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
