Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Thor Machado was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benigno Bernaldo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 12th match minute, San Pablo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Llope to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that 沈翔崇's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Durval Messias was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. After 17 minutes of play, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Thiago Machado made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benigno Bernaldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago Machado in the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, San Pablo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Machado came free, but Benigno Bernaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to San Pablo FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Juan Jimenez hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the game, Thiago Machado lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Benigno Bernaldo. Benigno Bernaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Prospero Moreno made in the 86th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Juan Jimenez however managed to control. The audience thought a goal was coming when 沈翔崇 got free with Durval Messias in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Coritiba Foot Ball Club had played much better football throughout.
