In the 10th minute Klas Tingelholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rytis Paškevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasys Povilaitis in the 11th minute of play forced FC Lugano's goalkeeper La Para to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rytis Paškevičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmondo Gulli in the 14th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zhao Le Sen during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC COSA NOSTRA booed when FC Lugano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zhao Le Sen didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Para took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virginijus Žalpys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fred Lara in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rytis Paškevičius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rytis Paškevičius made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Klas Tingelholm sent off a good shot on target. After 44 played minutes FC COSA NOSTRA got a freekick which was hit by Aidas Kareiva.

FC Lugano made a substitution. Jakub Waselenczuk replaced Klas Tingelholm. The wind increased when Stasys Povilaitis made the kick off in the second half. FC COSA NOSTRA's Rytis Paškevičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wincenty Kochowski in the 52nd minute of play. Rytis Paškevičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Saunders, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Stasys Povilaitis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but La Para made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Saunders in the 59th minute of play forced FC COSA NOSTRA's goalkeeper Rytis Paškevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rytis Paškevičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rytis Paškevičius came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Lugano's Jack Saunders. But to his dismay, Jack Saunders quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Saunders in the 65th minute of play forced FC COSA NOSTRA's goalkeeper Rytis Paškevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th match minute, FC Lugano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Lara to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, FC COSA NOSTRA's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Lara came free, but Rytis Paškevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th match minute, FC COSA NOSTRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aloyzas Jučas to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the game, Jack Saunders cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Rytis Paškevičius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 82 minutes into the match, FC COSA NOSTRA's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Saunders came free, but Rytis Paškevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Lugano getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Fred Lara hit a great ball. 97 minutes into the match, FC COSA NOSTRA's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Saunders came free, but Rytis Paškevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Lugano walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
