Creekers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cayetano Jordy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Tommy Bland successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ernesto Remicio took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Bland. When Gary Gamble fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Creekers's protests and gave Gary Gamble a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute, Ernesto Remicio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Loco Cabezon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-1. Loco Cabezon walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
