After 16 minutes of play, FC WAWER's He Qi Mo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The audience was convinced that He Qi Mo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aníbal Branco was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 40 minutes into the match, SALIMEN's goal looked a bit too open when He Qi Mo came free, but Aníbal Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, He Qi Mo put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Aníbal Branco. After 45 minutes, He Qi Mo made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. SALIMEN's Aníbal Branco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The wind increased when Adelino Penha made the kick off in the second half. When the match was over FC WAWER could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SALIMEN throughout the match.
