The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, SALIMEN's goal looked a bit too open when Aniol Sampil came free, but Giovanni Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giovanni Lucas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kurt Boer's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. In the 6thth minute of the game Aniol Sampil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SALIMEN's Giovanni Lucas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Beetje Moe Re-United's Aniol Sampil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Giovanni Lucas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, SALIMEN's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Boer came free, but Giovanni Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SALIMEN's Giovanni Lucas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Boer in the 12th minute of play. Beetje Moe Re-United's Giel Lever proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Beetje Moe Re-United from getting a goal against them. Giovanni Lucas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aniol Sampil in the 20th minute of the match. After 21 minutes SALIMEN's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Japke Bleiswijk who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Beetje Moe Re-United's Japke Bleiswijk to fire away a dangerous shot which Giovanni Lucas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kurt Boer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Lucas having to interfere. With a little luck, SALIMEN's Giovanni Lucas got control of the ball when Kurt Boer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erik Salens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 87 in the game by Kurt Boer from a close distance when the talented Giovanni Lucas managed to make a qualified save. SALIMEN's players were relieved. After having played for 93 minutes, Aniol Sampil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beetje Moe Re-United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aniol Sampil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudinho Teixeira during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Claudinho Teixeira hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Beetje Moe Re-United played a much better game than SALIMEN and deserved their victory. The SALIMEN players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
