An unexpectedly hard shot by Jedrzej Beninda in the 9th minute of play forced Taquaral Campineiro's goalkeeper Blair McCormick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jedrzej Beninda scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Blair McCormick, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Moose Knuckles booed when Taquaral Campineiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geraldo de Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blair McCormick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jedrzej Beninda in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, Moose Knuckles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marijonas Viskurs to maneuver through the defense. Donato Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Svajūnas Ričkus having to interfere. Blair McCormick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marijonas Viskurs, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute Wiktor Kjellqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blair McCormick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blair McCormick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aloyzas Valys in the 31st minute of play. After 33 played minutes Taquaral Campineiro got a freekick which was hit by Raúl Nóbrega. Taquaral Campineiro's Blair McCormick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Beninda in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moose Knuckles's goalkeeper Svajūnas Ričkus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Blair McCormick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Beninda in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute Donato Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svajūnas Ričkus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Taquaral Campineiro getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Raúl Nóbrega hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Aloyzas Valys had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Blair McCormick. Taquaral Campineiro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aloyzas Valys was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 44th match minute, Taquaral Campineiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geraldo de Godoi to maneuver through the defense. If Aloyzas Valys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sandro Barreto kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Sandro Barreto hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. Vecdet Baştürk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vecdet Baştürk in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blair McCormick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 56 minutes into the game, Tạ Sá was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moose Knuckles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Taquaral Campineiro the free kick. In the 56th match minute, Moose Knuckles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tạ Sá to maneuver through the defense. Blair McCormick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiktor Kjellqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moose Knuckles played a much better game than Taquaral Campineiro and deserved their victory. The Taquaral Campineiro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
