Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Ordono in the 12th minute of play forced Surahammar's goalkeeper Arne Ambjörnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Surahammar booed when Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Henry didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severino Herena acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 16th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Markus Bergsten. 19 minutes into the match, Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Calle Beck came free, but Severino Herena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Ambjörnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Duarte in the 21st minute of play. Cornelio Oskitz took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arne Ambjörnsson. Arne Ambjörnsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Surahammar's Arne Ambjörnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Duarte in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Duarte in the 35th minute of play forced Surahammar's goalkeeper Arne Ambjörnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Elvio Ioritz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arne Ambjörnsson. Surahammar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elvio Ioritz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. A collision led to Surahammar getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Gottfrid Rang hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joachim Hellgren to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Independiente's Elvio Ioritz got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Markus Bergsten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severino Herena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Bergsten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Manuel Henry took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Arne Ambjörnsson to make any attempt to save it. In the 63rd minute of the match, Leonel Ordono tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arne Ambjörnsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Severino Herena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calle Beck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Primitivo Duarte took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Arne Ambjörnsson to make any attempt to save it. Cornelio Oskitz's late challenge caught a Surahammar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cornelio Oskitz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd minute, Manuel Henry made a precise shot to the right of Arne Ambjörnsson. Surahammar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Arne Ambjörnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Oskitz in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gottfrid Rang in the 81st minute of play forced Independiente's goalkeeper Severino Herena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofilo Fernado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arne Ambjörnsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Teofilo Fernado slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 85th minute. Leonel Ordono kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 94th minute of the match Surahammar got a corner. Independiente's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Markus Bergsten ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Markus Bergsten almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Independiente's Severino Herena did a great save. When the match was over Independiente could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Surahammar throughout the match.
