Relyn Futebol Clube's Juan Vieira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Relyn Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Inocencio Corderall got free with Juan Vieira in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Inocencio Corderall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Vieira having to interfere. In the 30th minute Hector Napier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 minutes, Vitório Baiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Relyn Futebol Clube and the BFC 1982 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vitório Baiano kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. José Augusto Capixaba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ambrosio Etxatxu made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Augusto Bortzaioriz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Ambrosio Etxatxu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Vieira was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The supporters of BFC 1982 booed when Relyn Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball.
