In the 12th minute of the match Duardo Pruniel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugh Wilkinson skillfully saved the ball. Duardo Pruniel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Hugh Wilkinson made a huge save. 23 minutes into the match, Gone With the Win's goalkeeper Hugh Wilkinson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Duardo Pruniel. Duardo Pruniel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hugh Wilkinson came out and tried to block the shot, but Duardo Pruniel slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s César Bertrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jermaine Wroe in the 28th minute of play. Octavio Samaniego charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Octavio Samaniego the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. César Bertrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rio Dunn, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Jermaine Wroe scored 2-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of César Bertrand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 39 minutes into the match, Valentín Bello notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Gone With the Win's Hugh Wilkinson. Hugh Wilkinson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. José Carlos Zapata hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Jimmy Mulford made a precise shot to the right of César Bertrand. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 57th minute, Jermaine Wroe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gone With the Win fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. After a rather tough play, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Angelillo Fuente got a free kick in the 61st minute. Kyle Eglington's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but César Bertrand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Jimmy Mulford hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Valentín Bello made a precise shot to the right of Hugh Wilkinson. Gone With the Win's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s César Bertrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rio Dunn in the 85th minute of play.
