Ari Strömberg made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Victoriano Banegas sent off a good shot on target. Victoriano Banegas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Ari Strömberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Igor Polos short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Ari Strömberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Simbo FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Alberto Pitin hit a great ball. Ari Strömberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Banegas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th match minute, Simbo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lia Crucet to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th match minute, Simbo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Polo to maneuver through the defense. Marco Ruben struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Octavio Lauaxeta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Kuskatan C.F.. Victoriano Banegas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Barreto hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Ari Strömberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Banegas in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to Simbo FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Feliberto Mouricio hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Ruben came free, but Octavio Lauaxeta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Ruben hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Hermenegildo Lerga charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermenegildo Lerga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Simbo FC booed when Real Kuskatan C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermenegildo Lerga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lia Crucet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Ari Strömberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Real Kuskatan C.F. from getting a goal against them. 46 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Izydor Czubski came free, but Octavio Lauaxeta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Polo to make the kick off. Igor Polo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ari Strömberg having to interfere. Simbo FC's Octavio Lauaxeta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Ruben in the 54th minute of play. Igor Polo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ari Strömberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Igor Polo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ari Strömberg was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Alberto Pitin's late challenge caught a Real Kuskatan C.F.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Pitin helped the player get up and apologised. 81 minutes into the match, Frans Escajadillo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Octavio Lauaxeta, 2-1. Frans Escajadillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Octavio Lauaxeta skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Ari Strömberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Jurdan in the 88th minute of play. When Simbo FC's Igor Polo in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real Kuskatan C.F.'s goalie prevented a goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Simbo FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Real Kuskatan C.F. for much of the match.
