Arndt Heil hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Zoltán Szepes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricky Bonhoeffer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zoltán Szepes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricky Bonhoeffer went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute, Ricky Bonhoeffer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zoltán Szepes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Benedikt Lettinger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Gervaso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Áron Salamon hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Rigoberto Gervaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Ricky Bonhoeffer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Möhnsen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 34 minutes into the match, PMFC 2018's goal looked a bit too open when Lasse Linsert came free, but Zoltán Szepes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zoltán Szepes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lasse Linsert in the 40th minute of play. If Ricky Bonhoeffer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rigoberto Gervaso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedikt Lettinger having to interfere.

The wind increased when Ricky Bonhoeffer made the kick off in the second half. PMFC 2018's Zoltán Szepes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricky Bonhoeffer in the 55th minute of play. Zoltán Szepes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arndt Heil in the 58th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Áron Salamon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedikt Lettinger was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Ricky Bonhoeffer kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute of the match, Lasse Linsert got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zoltán Szepes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Möhnsen FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Tim Hermes hit a great ball. Máté Fehér might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedikt Lettinger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Máté Fehér ran back to his position shaking his head. Ricky Bonhoeffer succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 80th playminute. In the 83rd minute, Benedek Tóth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedikt Lettinger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Áron Salamon's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute of the match PMFC 2018 got a corner. Möhnsen FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Máté Fehér ran over to the corner to take the kick. Máté Fehér made a great header on PMFC 2018's corner, it was just that Möhnsen FC's Benedikt Lettinger managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match was over Möhnsen FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PMFC 2018 throughout the match.
