Juan Vacas hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. A collision led to FC CHIVA getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Allande Arenas hit a great ball. In the 7th match minute, Lisburn Distillery F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Sanchez to maneuver through the defense. Andrés Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Sanchez in the 13th minute of play. Brian Lambert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cresenciano Moya, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Andrés Torres came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Andrew Brookman. But to his dismay, Andrew Brookman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Andrés Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Burns in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to FC CHIVA getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Cresenciano Moya hit a great ball. Andrés Torres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Sanchez's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. After 45 played minutes Lisburn Distillery F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Igor Sanchez. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerardo Colsa to make the kick off. A collision led to Lisburn Distillery F.C. getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Louis Sharpe hit a great ball. Brian Lambert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cresenciano Moya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 played minutes Lisburn Distillery F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Andrew Brookman. 60 minutes into the match, FC CHIVA's goalkeeper Andrés Torres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Burns. In the 64th minute Cresenciano Moya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Lambert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrés Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrew Brookman, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. With a little luck, FC CHIVA's Andrés Torres got control of the ball when Leo Burns tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Vacas during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Louis Goldthorpe was substituted for Charles Aranguiz. After a rather tough play, FC CHIVA's Juan Vacas got a free kick in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the match, FC CHIVA's goalkeeper Andrés Torres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Burns. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Burns got free with Andrés Torres in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th match minute, FC CHIVA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Vacas to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Kevin Crouch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The FC CHIVA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Lisburn Distillery F.C..
