Andrés Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Erico in the 3rd minute of play. Behe Etxeberria took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrés Torres. Andrés Torres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Gerardo Colsa hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Arsenio Erico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrés Torres was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Nueva Adalucia's Alejandro Landa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Nueva Adalucia from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute Behe Etxeberria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrés Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Arsenio Erico notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC CHIVA's Andrés Torres. Andrés Torres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 32 minutes into the match, FC CHIVA's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Erico came free, but Andrés Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC CHIVA's Andrés Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oton Contreras in the 33rd minute of play. Oton Contreras took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrés Torres. Andrés Torres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Andrés Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Erico, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 40 minutes, Oton Contreras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nueva Adalucia and the FC CHIVA players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Nueva Adalucia getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Oton Contreras hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute, Hondo Palacios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oton Contreras hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Vacas in the 47th minute of play forced Nueva Adalucia's goalkeeper Alejandro Landa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerardo Colsa to make the kick off. Andrés Torres made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Arsenio Erico sent off a good shot on target. 55 minutes into the match, Arsenio Erico dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Andrés Torres, 0-4. After 61 minutes, Taio Albizua mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nueva Adalucia and the FC CHIVA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Taio Albizua hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Nueva Adalucia defense, Gerardo Colsa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alejandro Landa. The Nueva Adalucia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejandro Landa should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Arsenio Erico kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andrés Torres. That made the score 1-5 in the 65 minute of play. Andrés Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Erico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Erico in the 71st minute of play forced FC CHIVA's goalkeeper Andrés Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC CHIVA's Andrés Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save FC CHIVA from getting a goal against them. Leopoldo Ramis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the game, Behe Etxeberria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Andrés Torres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arsenio Erico in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrés Torres saved FC CHIVA from getting behind. Andrés Torres was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Oton Contreras showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-7 in the 79 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Nueva Adalucia's Cugat Fonticoba got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Andrés Torres made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Oton Contreras sent off a good shot on target. Arsenio Erico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Andrés Torres made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Behe Etxeberria kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andrés Torres. That made the score 1-8 in the 92 minute of play.
