After some careless play in the CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ defense, Leopoldo Ramis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Doriva Simões. The CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Doriva Simões should have stopped the shot. Behe Etxeberria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th minute Fabrício Miranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Landa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Doriva Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Behe Etxeberria in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oton Contreras in the 11th minute of play forced CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Doriva Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doriva Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Erico, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 13 played minutes CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Reginaldo Borges. 16 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Ramis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Doriva Simões. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leopoldo Ramis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 23 minutes into the match, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Oton Contreras came free, but Doriva Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Doriva Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Behe Etxeberria in the 26th minute of play. Leopoldo Ramis took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Doriva Simões. Doriva Simões dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Doriva Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Behe Etxeberria in the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Ramis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Doriva Simões was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leopoldo Ramis struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Doriva Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nueva Adalucia. In the 42nd minute, Arsenio Erico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Artur Sarmento got a free kick in the 50th minute. Doriva Simões was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Behe Etxeberria capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Behe Etxeberria really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Oton Contreras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Arsenio Erico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nueva Adalucia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Reginaldo Borges suffered a concussion after 67 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Behe Etxeberria during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Oton Contreras put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Doriva Simões. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Doriva Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Behe Etxeberria in the 76th minute of play. Arsenio Ericos short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Doriva Simões to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Doriva Simões came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Nueva Adalucia's Behe Etxeberria. But to his dismay, Behe Etxeberria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. 86 minutes into the game, Nueva Adalucia's Oton Contreras nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doriva Simões made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. Doriva Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Ramis, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After a rather tough play, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Fabrício Miranda got a free kick in the 90th minute. When the match was over Nueva Adalucia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ throughout the match.
