Hipolito Jayvier made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Harrison McCann sent off a good shot on target. When Shi Ao Jian fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belfegor FC's protests and gave Shi Ao Jian a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th match minute, Belfegor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shi Ao Jian to maneuver through the defense. Harrison McCann's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Hipolito Jayvier skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 12th minute Venceslao Solares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Jayvier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Menossi hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. If Clodoveo Rosio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 19 played minutes Belfegor FC got a freekick which was hit by Shi Ao Jian. Harrison McCann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Hipolito Jayvier made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harrison McCann got free with Hipolito Jayvier in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Shi Ao Jian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Zátopek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Hipolito Jayvier made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Harrison McCann sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the match, Internacional Pechofrío's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Ao Jian came free, but Emil Zátopek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rómulo Gallegos charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rómulo Gallegos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Internacional Pechofrío's Rómulo Gallegos got a free kick in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Belfegor FC's Clodoveo Rosio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emil Zátopek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Shi Ao Jian struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Emil Zátopek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belfegor FC. In the 45th minute of the match Belfegor FC got a corner. Internacional Pechofrío's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Clodoveo Rosio ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Belfegor FC's corner Clodoveo Rosio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emil Zátopek quite easily take care of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harrison McCann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Shi Ao Jian kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Shi Ao Jian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Emil Zátopek made a huge save. Rómulo Gallegos was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Internacional Pechofrío fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! In the 60th minute, the referee gave Belfegor FC a penalty. Lucas Menossi looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Emil Zátopek. Belfegor FC made a substitution. Arnoldo Arixo replaced Facundo Colidio. Belfegor FC made a substitution. Sverker Petersson replaced Daniel Toribio. With a little luck, Internacional Pechofrío's Emil Zátopek got control of the ball when Shi Ao Jian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emil Zátopek made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Lucas Menossi sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucas Menossi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emil Zátopek. That made the score 0-4 in the 73 minute of play. Belfegor FC made a substitution. Raúl Chaparro replaced Leandro Lazaro. After 85 played minutes Internacional Pechofrío got a freekick which was hit by Venceslao Solares. In the 86th minute Shi Ao Jian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Zátopek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Internacional Pechofrío getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jakob Ingebrigtsen hit a great ball. Internacional Pechofrío's Emil Zátopek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shi Ao Jian in the 92nd minute of play. Emil Zátopek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raúl Chaparro went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Belfegor FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
