Ronaldão Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harrison McCann in the 4th minute of play. After 6 minutes, Aldo Sandianes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Internacional Pechofrío and the FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, Aldo Sandianes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 played minutes FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA got a freekick which was hit by 秦坚永. Ronaldão Souza came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Internacional Pechofrío's Jakob Ingebrigtsen. But to his dismay, Jakob Ingebrigtsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 29 minutes into the match, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goal looked a bit too open when Harrison McCann came free, but Ronaldão Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Harrison McCann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Felo Gochicoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jakob Ingebrigtsen kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. A hard shot 35 in the game by Tomé Baptista from a close distance when the talented Emil Zátopek managed to make a qualified save. Internacional Pechofrío's players were relieved. Felo Gochicoa kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Emil Zátopek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomé Baptista in the 42nd minute of play. Jakob Ingebrigtsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ronaldão Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harrison McCann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eliu Bellogin hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Internacional Pechofrío's Jakob Ingebrigtsen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rubinho Velasco in the 56 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's João Francisco Barbosa got a free kick in the 56th minute. Jakob Ingebrigtsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldão Souza having to interfere. Carlinhos Rodrigues hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The supporters of FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA booed when Internacional Pechofrío was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliu Bellogin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 played minutes, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's José de Souza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emil Zátopek came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA reached it. Emil Zátopek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomé Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Felo Gochicoa kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Harrison McCann fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ronaldão Souza, passed just outside the right post. After 70 played minutes Internacional Pechofrío got a freekick which was hit by Rómulo Gallegos. José de Souza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emil Zátopek. Internacional Pechofrío's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eliu Bellogin during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 72 played minutes Internacional Pechofrío got a freekick which was hit by Eliu Bellogin. 87 minutes into the game, Harrison McCann recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ronaldão Souza. Harrison McCann showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After 90 minutes, Edgardo Castillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Internacional Pechofrío and the FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 90 played minutes Internacional Pechofrío got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Castillo. In the 93rd minute, Tomé Baptista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Internacional Pechofrío getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Edgardo Castillo hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Internacional Pechofrío's goal looked a bit too open when José de Souza came free, but Emil Zátopek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
