The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquim Pereta got free with Eloy Vela in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Salmuera CP's Eloy Vela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Salmuera CP from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, Joaquim Pereta dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eloy Vela, 1-0. After 16 played minutes Salmuera CP got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Paskal. 17 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's Joaquim Pereta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eloy Vela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Golden Dragón F.C were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Salmuera CP's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joaquim Pereta took the corner. The corner ended in Joaquim Pereta almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Salmuera CP's Eloy Vela did a great save. With a little luck, Salmuera CP's Eloy Vela got control of the ball when Bertran Bolonga tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 26 played minutes Golden Dragón F.C got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Lanzon. 30 minutes into the match, Salmuera CP's goal looked a bit too open when Bertran Bolonga came free, but Eloy Vela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Bertran Bolonga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 33 played minutes Golden Dragón F.C got a freekick which was hit by Chaime Alamon. Florin Quelia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Mouricio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 minutes of play, Golden Dragón F.C's Joaquim Pereta made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eloy Vela was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 44th minute, Emiliano Toribio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulino Orixe was the one to do the kick off. Eloy Vela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquim Pereta went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Golden Dragón F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joaquim Pereta in the 56th minute. The corner led Golden Dragón F.C's Joaquim Pereta to fire away a dangerous shot which Eloy Vela despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 60 played minutes Salmuera CP got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Toribio. Golden Dragón F.C made a substitution. Eron Sanez replaced Bertran Bolonga. After a rather tough play, Salmuera CP's Emiliano Toribio got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Salmuera CP's Eloy Vela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eron Sanez in the 64th minute of play. Eloy Vela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Pereta, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Eloy Vela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Pereta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Adolfo Tabby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the game, Eron Sanez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Eloy Vela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Salmuera CP's Eloy Vela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eron Sanez in the 83rd minute of play. After 85 played minutes Salmuera CP got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Toribio. Gaitano Reza hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Florin Quelia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fidel Mouricio. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Golden Dragón F.C had won after a very even match.
