Lajos Vásárhelyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robbie Yom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lajos Vásárhelyi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Kemen in the 11th minute of the match. Green Zombies's Lajos Vásárhelyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Bartoli in the 13th minute of play. Lajos Vásárhelyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Kemen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Celedonio Kemen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Vásárhelyi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Kemen in the 19th minute of play forced Green Zombies's goalkeeper Lajos Vásárhelyi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes, Claude Montens mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Klavertje Vier and the Green Zombies players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zabulón Carabajal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Medárd Irmai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the game, Nándor Gera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Zabulón Carabajal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute Celedonio Kemen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Vásárhelyi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Nándor Zolnai put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Green Zombies fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! Lajos Vásárhelyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Kemen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lajos Vásárhelyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claude Montens in the 37th minute of play. After some careless play in the Green Zombies defense, Celedonio Kemen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lajos Vásárhelyi. The Green Zombies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lajos Vásárhelyi should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emil Halász to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, Joos Horemans notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Green Zombies's Lajos Vásárhelyi. Lajos Vásárhelyi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 53 played minutes FC Klavertje Vier got a freekick which was hit by Armağan Yörük. With a little luck, Green Zombies's Lajos Vásárhelyi got control of the ball when Braulio Bento tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Eustaquio Bartoli took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Lajos Vásárhelyi to make any attempt to save it. FC Klavertje Vier's Eustaquio Bartoli was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 63rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 65th match minute, FC Klavertje Vier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claude Montens to maneuver through the defense. FC Klavertje Vier made a substitution. Willy Van de Goor replaced Georges-Philippe Jooris. A collision led to FC Klavertje Vier getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Claude Montens hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Celedonio Kemen could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Lajos Vásárhelyi however easily saved by the left post. Gyula Tímár kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, FC Klavertje Vier's Lajos Vásárhelyi threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eustaquio Bartoli, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Green Zombies getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Medárd Irmai hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celedonio Kemen in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lajos Vásárhelyi saved Green Zombies from getting behind. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 1-8 when Celedonio Kemen sped through Green Zombies's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lajos Vásárhelyi. Lajos Vásárhelyi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eustaquio Bartoli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 82 minute of play. Green Zombies's Lajos Vásárhelyi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Green Zombies from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Green Zombies's Medárd Irmai got a free kick in the 86th minute. FC Klavertje Vier were furious when Camacho Cadenas was red carded, 92 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Lajos Vásárhelyi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Montens in the 95th minute of the match. FC Klavertje Vier played a much better game than Green Zombies and deserved their victory. The Green Zombies players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
