The tension between the EngTULIO&Tupipano and the La Scaloneta players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, EngTULIO&Tupipano's Raí de Azevedo got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 7th match minute, EngTULIO&Tupipano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Túlio Benga to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Raí de Azevedo in the 11th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La Scaloneta's Sebastian Fagondo. After 12 minutes of play EngTULIO&Tupipano's Raí de Azevedo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Emanuel Garoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Mazinho Lira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Túlio Ladron came free, but Lolo Lorenzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mazinho Lira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Garoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. When Rogelio Heriberto came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the La Scaloneta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogelio Heriberto couldn't finish the play. Lolo Lorenzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armandinho Travassos in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Túlio Ladron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lolo Lorenzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Túlio Oury got free with Lolo Lorenzo in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of EngTULIO&Tupipano booed when La Scaloneta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Heriberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Túlio Benga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EngTULIO&Tupipano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Scaloneta the free kick. In the 41st match minute, EngTULIO&Tupipano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Fantini to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, La Scaloneta's Nicanor Ramos got a free kick in the 45th minute. Mazinho Lira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Garoa in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emanuel Garoa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
