The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alvar Vabamüürlane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Ronaldão Mazza could shoot a difficult shot in the 5th minute, which Riivo Müürsepp however easily saved by the left post. Mikk Alajaan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto de Azevedo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Ansip in the 10th minute of play forced Milanis E.C.'s goalkeeper Jacinto de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Mark Ansip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 minutes Milanis E.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Oskar Eiber who took care of the corner kick. 16 minutes into the match, Mark Ansip notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Milanis E.C.'s Jacinto de Azevedo. Jacinto de Azevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mikk Alajaan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jacinto de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mark Ansip came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the FS Kilomani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mark Ansip couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Milanis E.C. booed when FS Kilomani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Eiber didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mark Ansip might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacinto de Azevedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mark Ansip ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the match, Milanis E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mark Ansip came free, but Jacinto de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mark Ansip blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacinto de Azevedo having to make a save. Jacinto de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Ansip in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Milanis E.C.'s goalkeeper Jacinto de Azevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Ansip in the 39th minute of play forced Milanis E.C.'s goalkeeper Jacinto de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Milanis E.C.'s zone, Mikk Alajaan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto de Azevedo came out of the goal and Mikk Alajaan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Júlio Pombal to strike the kick off in the second half. Mikk Alajaan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto de Azevedo having to interfere. FS Kilomani's Riivo Müürsepp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldão Mazza in the 59th minute of play. FS Kilomani's Eevald Liit was substituted for Mark Ansip. A sloppy throw-in by Fabiano de Sousa in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FS Kilomani's Julius Karikas. If Eevald Liit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Riivo Müürsepp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Pombal in the 80th minute of the match. From close distance Eevald Liit pressed in the 0-3 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 81 minutes into the game. 93 minutes into the match, Eevald Liit dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jacinto de Azevedo, 0-5. When the final whistle sounded FS Kilomani left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Milanis E.C..
