In the 36th minute, Bacardi Black Bats's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ernesto Delle Donne fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bacardi Black Bats's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Eraldo Motta scored to the left of an out of position Albano Cristofol, making the score, 1-0. Emilio Dossena scored 2-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albano Cristofol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Albano Cristofol made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Ernesto Delle Donne sent off a good shot on target. In the 46th match minute, Bacardi Black Bats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Fiúza to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
Gigi Donnarumma didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laureano Águas went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Emilio Dossena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gigi Donnarumma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Águas in the 64th minute of the match. In the 67th minute of the match A.S. Udinese got a corner. Bacardi Black Bats's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ernesto Delle Donne ran over to the corner to take the kick. A.S. Udinese's Ernesto Delle Donne was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Albano Cristofol in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ernesto Delle Donne shot a long shot in the 67th minute and a light blocked Albano Cristofol hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 3-1. Albano Cristofol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eraldo Motta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Eraldo Motta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.S. Udinese fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 73rd minute Carmine Bontempi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Cristofol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bacardi Black Bats's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Olívio Salgado in the 80th minute. Albano Cristofol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bacardi Black Bats's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
