Cornelio Asteri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexsandro Romero in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Yao Kun Lei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GALATASARAY O.Z. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Alexsandro Romero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cornelio Asteri. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. J.J J.J. might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cornelio Asteri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. J.J J.J. ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of GALATASARAY O.Z. booed when Guansa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Terciero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Guansa's goal looked a bit too open when Yao Kun Lei came free, but Cornelio Asteri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornelio Asteri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yao Kun Lei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yao Kun Lei scored 3-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cornelio Asteri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexsandro Romero got free with Cornelio Asteri in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Alexsandro Romero slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cornelio Asteri. That made the score 6-0 after 42 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

In the 52nd minute, Lucas Torreira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cornelio Asteri was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. A collision led to Guansa getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Edgard Bazkoare hit a great ball. Ludomir Domin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cornelio Asteri. Guansa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 58 minutes, Damian Hondo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guansa and the GALATASARAY O.Z. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Seppo Palsola charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Seppo Palsola the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to GALATASARAY O.Z. getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Seppo Palsola hit a great ball. When Cengizhan Kaan fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GALATASARAY O.Z.'s protests and gave Cengizhan Kaan a yellow card for diving instead. J.J J.J. blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cornelio Asteri having to make a save. Cengizhan Kaan hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After 80 played minutes Guansa got a freekick which was hit by Hector Terciero. Mauro Ordono kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86thth minute of the game Yao Kun Lei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guansa's Cornelio Asteri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of GALATASARAY O.Z. booed when Guansa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Ordono didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 90 minutes, J.J J.J. managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GALATASARAY O.Z.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but J.J J.J. was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. GALATASARAY O.Z. fully deserved thier win.
