Cristobal Quevedo made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Kjetil-André Bertelsen sent off a good shot on target. In the 7th match minute, Brow Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zachariasz Gieraltowski to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the match, Brow Team's goalkeeper Cristobal Quevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Sandbakken. 9 minutes into the match, Brow Team's goal looked a bit too open when Kjetil-André Bertelsen came free, but Cristobal Quevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cai Baardsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogumil Wawro in the 14th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kjetil-André Bertelsen in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristobal Quevedo saved Brow Team from getting behind. A collision led to Laniakea getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Eilert Nordlie hit a great ball. Bogumil Wawro scored 0-3 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cai Baardsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th minute, Franciszek Modliszewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cai Baardsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Cai Baardsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zachariasz Gieraltowski went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Eilert Nordlie's late challenge caught a Brow Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eilert Nordlie helped the player get up and apologised. Eilert Nordlie hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After 34 played minutes, Brow Team's Ulryk Lichucki shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cai Baardsen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Brow Team reached it. After 36 minutes of play, Brow Team's Franciszek Modliszewski made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cai Baardsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Brow Team's Cristobal Quevedo got control of the ball when Adam Sandbakken tried to sneak it across the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Brow Team's goalkeeper Cristobal Quevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Sandbakken. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Sandbakken got free with Cristobal Quevedo in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Brow Team. Ulryk Lichucki stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cai Baardsen. 0-7. The Laniakea players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brow Team were winning 0-7.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kjetil-André Bertelsen was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Brow Team's goal looked a bit too open when Eilert Nordlie came free, but Cristobal Quevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute Kjetil-André Bertelsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Quevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute Franciszek Modliszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cai Baardsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brow Team's Cristobal Quevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjetil-André Bertelsen in the 63rd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Brow Team's goal looked a bit too open when Kjetil-André Bertelsen came free, but Cristobal Quevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristobal Quevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjetil-André Bertelsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Franciszek Modliszewski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cai Baardsen came out and tried to block the shot, but Franciszek Modliszewski slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Sandbakken in the 74th minute of play forced Brow Team's goalkeeper Cristobal Quevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristobal Quevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ole-Jostein Skjerping in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Brow Team's goal looked a bit too open when Kjetil-André Bertelsen came free, but Cristobal Quevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Laniakea's Ole-Jostein Skjerping nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristobal Quevedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-8. Cristobal Quevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjetil-André Bertelsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Adam Sandbakken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Quevedo having to interfere. The Brow Team supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Brow Team would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
