The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pankracy Borkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Barnaba Brysz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maksymilian Gongolewicz hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. UNITED GWAREK's Pankracy Borkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kryspin Makowski in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olaf Zacharzewski saved UNITED GWAREK from getting behind. In the 17th minute, Kazimierz Debkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olaf Zacharzewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kryspin Makowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kryspin Makowski in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olaf Zacharzewski saved UNITED GWAREK from getting behind. Aureliusz Pilsudski might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Barnaba Brysz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliusz Pilsudski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 26th minute, Teobald Ruszczyk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Kryspin Makowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gocław Wilga Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Piotr Domaradzki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Barnaba Brysz made a huge save. In the 36th match minute, Gocław Wilga Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kacper Narbut to maneuver through the defense. Pankracy Borkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Barnaba Brysz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Barnaba Brysz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Gocław Wilga Warszawa from getting a goal against them. In the 41st minute Radomir Piczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Zacharzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gocław Wilga Warszawa's zone, Pankracy Borkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barnaba Brysz came out of the goal and Pankracy Borkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to UNITED GWAREK getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Benedykt Hendzel hit a great ball. Gocław Wilga Warszawa made a substitution. Pawel Niemojewski replaced Radowit Polkoski. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aureliusz Pilsudski was the one to do the kick off. Barnaba Brysz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliusz Pilsudski in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, UNITED GWAREK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jacek Cisek fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Aureliusz Pilsudski managed to get in a good position for a shot. UNITED GWAREK's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliusz Pilsudski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barnaba Brysz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Barnaba Brysz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kazimierz Debkowski went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Teobald Ruszczyk got a free kick in the 71st minute. A collision led to UNITED GWAREK getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gilbert Poremba hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the game, Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Radomir Piczak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olaf Zacharzewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 88 minutes into the game, Gilbert Poremba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UNITED GWAREK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gocław Wilga Warszawa the free kick. Radomir Piczak in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Olaf Zacharzewski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Aureliusz Pilsudski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barnaba Brysz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Radomir Piczak who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Olaf Zacharzewski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Barnaba Brysz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliusz Pilsudski in the 96th minute of play. The Gocław Wilga Warszawa players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
