Ricky Gardner charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ricky Gardner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ricky Gardner hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Willie Cabrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Barone, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The supporters of Stowe City booed when S.S.C. NAPOLI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Pari didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute Emiliano Pari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willie Cabrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stowe City's Willie Cabrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Pari in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Emiliano Pari got a free kick in the 18th minute. Emilio Cellucci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edinho Bueno in the 18th minute. Willie Cabrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Barone in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, Stowe City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricky Gardner to maneuver through the defense. Willie Cabrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Barone, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The S.S.C. NAPOLI fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when S.S.C. NAPOLI's Armando Barone looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 29 minutes into the match, Stowe City's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Pari came free, but Willie Cabrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Stowe City's Edinho Bueno got a free kick in the 29th minute. Fedele Volponi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Willie Cabrera. Stowe City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Armando Barone took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Willie Cabrera. Willie Cabrera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 39 played minutes S.S.C. NAPOLI got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Pari. After some careless play in the Stowe City defense, Emiliano Pari kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Willie Cabrera. The Stowe City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Willie Cabrera should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edinho Bueno to strike the kick off in the second half. Willie Cabrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Pari in the 51st minute of play. S.S.C. NAPOLI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ciccio Bozzelli in the 54th minute. After taking down the ball on S.S.C. NAPOLI's corner Ciccio Bozzelli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Willie Cabrera quite easily take care of the ball. Willie Cabrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciccio Bozzelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Willie Cabrera stood somewhat misplaced when Ciccio Bozzelli came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 59 minute. Armando Barone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Willie Cabrera made a huge save. Ciccio Bozzelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Willie Cabrera having to make a save. In the 78th minute, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Armando Barone dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. After 84 minutes of play, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Armando Barone made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Willie Cabrera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Willie Cabrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Pari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Willie Cabrera was a little too slow when Ciccio Bozzelli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-9. 92 minutes into the game, Ciccio Bozzelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Willie Cabrera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Stowe City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. S.S.C. NAPOLI were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
