In the 17th minute, Hudson Abreu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lino Naelio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Alijilán returns's Lino Naelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hudson Abreu in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mazen Vella Bonavita in the 22nd minute of play forced Alijilán returns's goalkeeper Lino Naelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan da Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Garate, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 24th match minute, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelinho Ramalho to maneuver through the defense. Saul Iruinea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Jonathan da Fonseca made a huge save. A collision led to Alijilán returns getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Angel Leguizamón hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the game, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Mazen Vella Bonavita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lino Naelio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 38 minutes into the game, Jimeno Seme recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan da Fonseca. Jimeno Seme showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Saul Iruinea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Jonathan da Fonseca made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saul Iruinea in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan da Fonseca saved CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE from getting behind. In the 48th minute Mazen Vella Bonavita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Naelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Alijilán returns players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saul Iruinea to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Iruinea in the 54th minute of play forced CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Jonathan da Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mazen Vella Bonavita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. A collision led to CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Marcelinho Ramalho hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frederico Mattos during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th minute of the match Rolando Olayo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan da Fonseca skillfully saved the ball. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
