In the 14th minute, Anfilogino Chiola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Viden Kúdrev was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After some careless play in the Blue avalanche defense, Beppe Zoff kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Viden Kúdrev. The Blue avalanche fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Viden Kúdrev should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Beppe Zoff managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sorci Viola's supporters rose to their feet, but Beppe Zoff was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viden Kúdrev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Nykteus Kouches came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Blue avalanche fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nykteus Kouches couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute Anfilogino Chiola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viden Kúdrev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Anfilogino Chiola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sorci Viola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anfilogino Chiola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anfilogino Chiola hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Beppe Zoff had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Viden Kúdrev. Blue avalanche's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Beppe Zoff was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Domenico Sabatino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nykteus Kouches, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Toni Vúkov struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Domenico Sabatino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blue avalanche.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nykteus Kouches stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Beppe Zoff notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Blue avalanche's Viden Kúdrev. Viden Kúdrev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sorci Viola's Arturo Bonelli got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Blue avalanche's Metodi Kashov got a free kick in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Blue avalanche's goal looked a bit too open when Amerigo Toninelli came free, but Viden Kúdrev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viden Kúdrev made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Beppe Zoff sent off a good shot on target. Viden Kúdrev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amerigo Toninelli in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute, Sorci Viola's Anfilogino Chiola ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Viden Kúdrev. Viden Kúdrev yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. Blue avalanche's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Anfilogino Chiola scored to the left of an out of position Viden Kúdrev, making the score, 1-9.
