The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aguinhas's Guto Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ander Lepist in the 6th minute of play. Guto Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ander Lepist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Cléberson Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guto Martins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Mendez, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mario Mendez in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guto Martins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guto Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ander Lepist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aguinhas's goalkeeper Guto Martins, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ander Lepist hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 17 minutes, Tiago Gabriel Arósio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aguinhas and the FC LauB players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yao Jing Zhen in the 21st minute of play forced Aguinhas's goalkeeper Guto Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascual Markel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Guto Martins made a huge save. If Pascual Markel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guto Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Mendez in the 32nd minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Aguinhas's goalkeeper Guto Martins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Long Liang Xiang. In the 43rd minute of the match FC LauB got a corner. Aguinhas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yao Jing Zhen ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Yao Jing Zhen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Aguinhas's Guto Martins did a great save. If Pascual Markel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiago Gabriel Arósio to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oriche Rotges in the 55th minute of play forced Aguinhas's goalkeeper Guto Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Pascual Markel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Guto Martins was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute, Arlindo Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guto Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Mendez in the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Aguinhas's goal looked a bit too open when Yao Jing Zhen came free, but Guto Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC LauB's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yao Jing Zhen in the 62nd minute. The corner led FC LauB's Yao Jing Zhen to fire away a dangerous shot which Guto Martins despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to FC LauB getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Kjell-Arne Björck hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Mario Mendez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guto Martins was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 70 minutes into the match, Aguinhas's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Mendez came free, but Guto Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC LauB booed when Aguinhas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cléberson Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cléberson Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. If Yao Jing Zhen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Pueblo Puerta came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the FC LauB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pueblo Puerta couldn't finish the play. Pascual Markel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guto Martins having to interfere. Ander Lepist took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guto Martins. Guto Martins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. FC LauB walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
